SAN agency has been Ballantine's partner on this project for 3 years. During this time we have developed a rich functionality for the loyalty program that enabled meaningful communication with the customers:
The program motivated customers to buy more by rewarding them for uploading their receipts;
Chatbot was utilized as a tool for registering for brand events;
We developed gamification mechanics specifically for the program.
In 2021 we expanded the loyalty program and chatbot functionality by developing a loyal gamification strategy. We created segmentation and user journey paths, status names, engagement mechanics, and design for the levels in the program. We achieved a 12% increase in sales during traditionally “slow” periods. 61% of the loyalty program participants were new registrations.
