For example, in October 2022, our team organized an event for Zendesk in Tel Aviv (Israel) as part of the Zendesk Customer Event entirely remotely. It was a private business event for clients and partners, attended by up to 100 participants.
The event included:
Our team was responsible for the following:
- developing event concept, selecting and creating SWAG (participant package, speaker package, nomination winners package);
- design support (development of visual materials and customized avatars for LI profiles in the style of the brand);
- registration of participants (compilation of lists of participants, distribution by category of participation, production of name badges);
- event area design and decor, including branding;
- choosing and managing catering;
- managing all of the essential services and personnel on the site.
